Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you would like to return it.

To be eligible, the item needs to be unused and in its original packaging, along with your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.

To start a return, email us at info@muddybootskids.co.uk. Most orders ship directly from our supplier, so rather than publishing a fixed return address we will confirm the right way to send yours back when you get in touch. Please do not post anything back before contacting us, as we cannot accept returns that arrive without being arranged first.

Once your return is approved we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Your right to cancel

Separately from our 30-day policy, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and a further 14 days to send the item back. You do not need to give a reason. Email info@muddybootskids.co.uk to cancel.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us at info@muddybootskids.co.uk with a photo and we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of returning it to us.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you have 30 days to reject goods that are faulty and receive a full refund. These rights are in addition to the returns policy above and are not affected by it.

Items we cannot take back

We are unable to accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to swap a colour is to return the one you have and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

We will let you know as soon as we have received and checked your return, and whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days longer to show it.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still have not received it, email info@muddybootskids.co.uk and we will chase it up.
